Dr. Sherif El-Madaawy, Shield Clinics

Blair Graham

Physiotherapist

Blair was born and raised in Edmonton, and completed his degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta in 1996.  He strongly believes that if people are educated and provided the right tools, they can make a significant impact on their pain and day to day life. His thorough, no nonsense, approach to assessment often results in identifying a couple of key components that are perpetuating a patient’s physical problems in mobility. This leads to recommending specific exercises appropriate to a person’s condition, then a series of complementary exercises to create a well rounded, long term solution for self reliance. He enjoys being a part of a collaborative practice with the physicians at Ipax and Shield Clinics, as complex problems with pain often require multiple parts for a solution.

Blair grew up loving the discovery that comes out of science.  His enjoyment of problem solving has served his patients well over the years, and will continue in the years ahead.
