Interac e-Transfer

Shield Clinics is proud to announce a new method of payment: Interac e-Transfer!

To get started, log into your bank account, and look for an option to send an Interac e-Transfer. If you are unsure, ask your bank if they offer this service.

  1. Once in the Interac e-Transfer screen, you will need to add a recipient. Our email address for payments is pay@shieldclinics.com. Please note that this email address is not checked, so please avoid sending anything to this email. We suggest using a memorable name, such as “Shield Clinics”, for the recipient name.

  2. Once the recipient pay@shieldclinics.com has been added, you may send us the correct amount. Please call us to verify if you are unsure. In the Message field, please include your name. Upon payment, please note the confirmation number for reference.

  3. All payments are auto-deposited and are processed within 72 hours. If it has been more than 72 hours, please ensure the transfer has been sent and, if it has been sent, contact us as soon as possible with your name and confirmation number.
